At Glam Bra, we take great pride in being a women-owned small business, ensuring that every piece you receive is brand new, untouched, and uniquely yours. For hygienic reasons, all items are final sale—no returns, no exceptions. However, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions, such as sizing. All tags must be attached, and the item must be unused. For our backless bras, the yellow security tag must remain intact. If it has been cut or removed, the item will not be eligible for exchange.

This policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives a fresh, unworn product they can feel completely confident in. Because intimate apparel is personal, we want to guarantee that what you receive is truly yours. Please double-check your cart, sizing, and details before completing your purchase, as all sales are final.

Once a package has been marked as delivered, Glam Bra is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact the mail carrier directly to file a claim.
